The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Securities and Stock Market" (re Financial Monitoring of the Activity of the Securities Market Professionals)

The bill (Reg. No.7051) sets extra requirements for the financial monitoring of the activity of the securities market participants. The extra requirements concern the compulsory abidance by the requirements for the organization of the financial monitoring beyond the borders of Ukraine by the affiliated branches and offices of the securities market participants.

According to the Committee members, adoption of the bill will facilitate implementation of extra requirements for the financial monitoring of the activity of the securities market participants.
